Summit Town is one of the town of Roberts County, South Dakota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 281. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 267, giving it the 188th largest population among South Dakota. The town spans an area of 0.38 sq mi (0.98 sq km), it is the 113th smallest in terms of geographical size.
