Sulphur City, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. Sulphur City had an official population of 20512 in 2000. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 19450, It is the 21st largest in terms of population. The city comprises an area of 10.04 square miles (26 kmē), making it Louisiana's 56th largest by total area.
