Sullivan City, Moultrie County, Illinois is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 4326 inhabitants. The city has a total area of 2.04 square miles (5.28 kmē), making it Illinois's 449th largest by total area.
