Suisun City City is a city in the Solano County, California, United States. As of 2000 the population was 26118. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 26977, giving it the 261st largest population among California. The city extends throughout a territory of 4.05 mi˛ (10.49 sq km ), of which, 4.01 square miles (10.39 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, making it California's 603rd largest by total area.
