Stoystown Borough is one of the borough of Somerset County, Pennsylvania, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 428. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 391, It is the 254th least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.19 miē (0.49 kmē), it is the 90th smallest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 428 people, 184 households, and 117 families living in the borough. The population density was 2267.5 people per square mile (875.49/kmē), making its Pennsylvania's 571st most densely populated borough.
