Stilwell City is a city in the Adair County, Oklahoma, United States. The city has a population of 3276 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 3501, It is 98th most populous in Oklahoma. It has total area of 3.19 square miles (8.26 kmē), of which, 3.17 square miles (8.21 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, it is the 234th largest in terms of geographical size.
