Ste. Genevieve City is one of the city of Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Ste. Genevieve City is home to 4476 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 4418, making it Missouri's 145th largest. The city comprises an area of 4.16 square miles (10.77 square kilometre), it is the 147th largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.
