Stateline Cdp is a United States census designated place located in the Douglas County, Nevada, United States. It is home to over 1215 people (2000 census). It is Nevada's 19th smallest by population . It has total area of 0.78 sq mi (2.02 square kilometre), of which, 0.67 square miles (1.74 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the smallest by area in the U.S. state of Nevada. It is ranks 13 in the size of its inland waterways in Nevada.
