State Line Town is a town located in the Greene and Wayne counties, Mississippi, United States. In 2000, the population was 555. The July 2008 population estimate is 546, It is Mississippi's 99th smallest by population . It covers total area of 4.3 sq mi (11.14 kmē), of which, 4.27 square miles (11.06 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, making it Mississippi's 122nd largest by total area.
