Starrucca Borough, Wayne County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The borough has a population of 216 as per the 2000 census data. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 224, It is the 111th smallest in terms of population.
