Starke City is a city in the Bradford County, Florida, United States. The city has a population of 5593 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 5972, It is the 396th largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 6.66 miē (17.25 kmē ), giving it the 271st largest by total area among Florida.
