Starbuck City is a United States city located in the Pope County, Minnesota, United States. Starbuck City had an official population of 1314 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1240, making it Minnesota's 290th largest. The city spans an area of 1.58 square miles (4.09 sq km), it is the 363rd largest in terms of geographical size.
