Stanley City is a city in the Buchanan and Fayette counties, Iowa, United States. In 2000, the population was 128. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 126, making it Iowa's 134th smallest. The city has a total area of 0.24 square miles (0.62 sq km), it is the 114th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
