St. Stephen Town is a town located in the Berkeley County, South Carolina, United States. The population of the town was 1776 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 1778, It is South Carolina's 183rd largest by population . The town spans an area of 2.46 sq mi (6.37 square kilometre), it is the 216th largest by area in the U.S. state of South Carolina.
