St. Paul Town is one of the town of Collin County, Texas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 630 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 980, making it Texas's 427th smallest. The town encompasses an area of 1.61 sq mi (4.17 sq km), it is the 999th largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 630 people in the town, organized into 223 households, and 188 families living in the town. The population density was 391.9 people per square mile (151.31/kmē), it is the 413th least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Texas.
