St. Paul Town is a town located in Madison County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. St. Paul Town had an official population of 163 in 2000. Its area is just over 0.26 sq mi (0.67 square kilometre), it is the 36th smallest in terms of geographical size.
