St. Michael City is a one of the Wright County, Minnesota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 9099 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 15278, It is Minnesota's 90th largest by population . It is spread over 36.41 mi˛ (94.3 sq km), of which, 32.56 square miles (84.33 sq km ) of it is land and 3.84 square miles (9.95 sq km) of it is water, it is the 18th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks 19 in the size of its inland waterways in Minnesota.
