St. Marys City, Pleasants County, West Virginia is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the St. Marys City is home to 2017 inhabitants. It covers total area of 0.97 square miles (2.51 kmē), giving it the 146th largest by total area among West Virginia.
