St. Martins City is a United States city located in the Cole County, Missouri, United States. It is home to over 1023 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1122, giving it the 355th largest population among Missouri. The city has a total area of 1.6 mi˛ (4.14 square kilometre), of which, 1.59 square miles (4.12 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 298th largest by size in Missouri.
