St. Leo Town is a town located in the Pasco County, Florida, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 595 inhabitants. It covers total area of 1.87 square miles (4.84 sq km), of which, 1.61 square miles (4.17 sq km) of it is land and 0.26 square miles (0.67 sq km) of it is water, it is the 272nd smallest in terms of geographical size.
