St. John City is a United States city located in the Stafford County, Kansas, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1318. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1173, It is 170th most populous in Kansas. It is spread over 1.8 square miles (4.66 kmē), making it the 109th largest by size in Kansas.
