St. Helens City is a United States city located in the Columbia County, Oregon, United States. St. Helens City had an official population of 10019 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 12510, It is the 49th most populous in the U.S. state of Oregon. The city extends throughout a territory of 5.31 miē (13.75 kmē ), of which, 4.35 square miles (11.27 kmē) of it is land and 0.97 square miles (2.51 kmē) of it is water, it is the 52nd largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks ninth in the size of its inland waterways in Oregon.
