St. Helena Parish is a parish located in the United States of Louisiana. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 10525 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 10546, It is the seventh smallest in terms of population. The parish has a total area of 409.46 sq mi (1060.5 kmē), of which, 408.36 square miles (1057.65 kmē) of it is land and 1.09 square miles (2.82 kmē) of it is water, making it Louisiana's tenth smallest parish by total area.
