St. Hedwig Town is a United States town located in the Bexar County, Texas, United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 1875 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2107, making it Texas's 672nd largest. The town has a total area of 30.09 mi˛ (77.93 sq km), makes it the 76th largest by total area in Texas.
