St. George City, St. Louis County, Missouri is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1288. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1212, making it the 322nd most populous in Missouri. It covers total area of 0.19 sq mi (0.49 square kilometre), it is the 148th smallest in terms of geographical size.
