St. George City is a city in the Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska, United States. St. George City had an official population of 152 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 118, giving it the 206th largest population among Alaska. The city spans an area of 182.37 square miles (472.34 square kilometre), of which, 34.75 square miles (90 square kilometre) of it is land and 147.61 square miles (382.31 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 116th largest by total area among Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 152 people, 51 households, and 42 families living in the city.
