St. George City is a city in the Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska, United States. St. George City had an official population of 152 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 118, giving it the 206th largest population among Alaska. The city spans an area of 182.37 square miles (472.34 square kilometre), of which, 34.75 square miles (90 square kilometre) of it is land and 147.61 square miles (382.31 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 116th largest by total area among Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 152 people, 51 households, and 42 families living in the city. The population density was 4.4 people per square mile (1.7/kmē), making it the 108th least densely populated city in Alaska. There were 67 housing units at an average density of 1.9 per square mile (0.73/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.98 persons, and the average family size was 3.29 persons. In the St. George City, 36.8% of the population was under the age of 18, 5.3% were 18 to 24, 31.6% were 25 to 44, 19.7% were 45 to 64, and 6.6% who were 65 or older.
