St. Francis City is a city in the Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 4910. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 7261, It is the 130th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. Its area is just over 23.73 mi˛ (61.46 sq km), of which, 23.32 square miles (60.4 sq km) of it is land and 0.41 square miles (1.06 sq km) of it is water, it is the 55th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 4910 residents, 1638 households, and 1301 families in the city. The population density was 210.6 people per square mile (81.31/km˛), it is 187th least densely populated city in Minnesota.
