St. Clair Borough, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 3254 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 2987, It is Pennsylvania's 428th largest by population . It is spread over 1.22 sq mi (3.16 sq km), giving it the 629th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
