St. Anthony City is a city in the Fremont County, Idaho, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 3342 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 3401, making it the 38th most populous in Idaho. It has total area of 1.32 sq mi (3.42 sq km), of which, 1.3 square miles (3.37 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 74th largest by area in the U.S. state of Idaho.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3342 residents, 1091 households, and 819 families in the city. The population density was 2565 people per square mile (990.35/kmē), it is Idaho's 21st most densely populated city. There were 1218 housing units at an average density of 936.9 per square mile (361.74/kmē). The average household size was 2.94 and the average family size was 3.47.
