St. Albans City is a city located in the Kanawha County, West Virginia, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the St. Albans City is home to 11567 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 10996 in July 2008, making it West Virginia's 13th largest. The city comprises an area of 3.7 sq mi (9.58 sq km), of which, 3.62 square miles (9.38 sq km) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 51st largest by total area in West Virginia.
