Springer Town, Oklahoma is a town of the Carter County, Oklahoma, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 577 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 600, making it the 320th most populous in Oklahoma. The town has a total area of 14.52 sq mi (37.61 sq km), of which, 14.45 square miles (37.43 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, it is the 74th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 577 people, 237 households, and 181 families living in the town.
