Springboro Borough is a borough located in Crawford County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 491 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 459, It is the 298th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.85 mi˛ (2.2 square kilometre), making it the 818th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
