Spring Valley Village is one of the city of Pierce and St. Croix counties, Wisconsin, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 1189 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1310, It is 337th most populous in Wisconsin. It is spread over 4.47 sq mi (11.58 square kilometre), of which, 3.74 square miles (9.69 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.73 square miles (1.89 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 141st largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1189 people in the city, organized into 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 318 people per square mile (122.78/kmē), it is 96th least densely populated city in Wisconsin. There were 482 housing units at an average density of 128.9 per square mile (49.77/kmē). The average household size was 2.46 people, and the average family size was 3.08 people. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 26.9% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 25.7% from 25 to 44, 20.7% from 45 to 64, and 18.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 93.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 84.9 males.
