Spring Hill City is one of the city of Johnson and Miami counties, Kansas, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 2727 people (2000 census). The July 2008 population estimate is 5227, giving it the 97th largest population among Kansas. The city encompasses an area of 3.51 sq mi (9.09 sq km ), of which, 3.45 square miles (8.94 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, it is the 58th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
