Spring Grove Borough is a borough located in the York County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Spring Grove Borough is home to 2050 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 2206, It is the 611th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough comprises an area of 0.76 square miles (1.97 square kilometre), it is the 880th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
