Spring City Town is a town located in the Rhea County, Tennessee, United States. It is home to over 2025 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 2021 in July 2008, giving it the 181st largest population among Tennessee. The town comprises an area of 2.47 sq mi (6.4 kmē), of which, 2.44 square miles (6.32 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, it is the 251st largest by area in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
