Spring City City is a United States city located in the Sanpete County, Utah, United States. Spring City City had an official population of 956 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 1044, It is 155th most populous in Utah. The city has a total area of 1.33 square miles (3.44 sq km), making it Utah's 60th smallest by total area.
