Spiro Town is a town located in the Le Flore County, Oklahoma, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 2227 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2323, making it Oklahoma's 137th largest. The town encompasses an area of 2.2 sq mi (5.7 sq km ), of which, 2.12 square miles (5.49 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, it is the 278th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2227 people, 875 households, and 588 families living in the town. The population density was 1049.5 people per square mile (405.21/kmē), it is 160th most densely populated town in Oklahoma.
