Spindale Town is one of the town of Rutherford County, North Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 4022. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 3878, It is 154th most populous in North Carolina. The town extends throughout a territory of 5.53 sq mi (14.32 kmē ), makes it the 157th largest by total area in North Carolina.
