Spillville City is a United States city located in the Winneshiek County, Iowa, United States. Spillville City had an official population of 386 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 371, It is the 541st most populous in the U.S. state of Iowa. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.43 square miles (1.11 kmē ), of which, 0.42 square miles (1.09 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 266th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
