Spencer Village, Tioga County, New York is a city located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 731 people (2000 census). The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 683, It is 177th least populous in New York. It has total area of 1.04 sq mi (2.69 square kilometre), of which, 1.03 square miles (2.67 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it New York's 252nd smallest by total area.
