The city spans an area of 10.17 mi˛ (26.34 square kilometre), of which, 10.12 square miles (26.21 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 30th largest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
