Sparta Village is one of the city of Kent County, Michigan, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 4159 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 4054, giving it the 206th largest population among Michigan. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.44 mi˛ (6.32 square kilometre), making it Michigan's 283rd largest by total area.
