Southmont Borough is a United States borough located in the Cambria County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 2262 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2063, It is the 577th largest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough encompasses an area of 1.05 miē (2.72 kmē), it is the 704th largest in terms of geographical size.
