South West City Town, McDonald County, Missouri is a town located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. South West City Town had an official population of 855 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 923, It is the 387th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 1.42 sq mi (3.68 square kilometre), of which, 1.39 square miles (3.6 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 316th largest by size in Missouri.
