South Ogden City is a city in the Weber County, Utah, United States. The city has a population of 14377 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 15891, It is the 39th most populous in the U.S. state of Utah. The city extends throughout a territory of 3.67 square miles (9.51 sq km ), it is the 159th largest in terms of geographical size.

The population density was 3917.1 people per square mile (1512.4/kmē), it is 15th most densely populated city in Utah.
