South Haven City, Michigan is a city of the Van Buren and Allegan counties, Michigan, United States. The city has a population of 5021 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 5138, It is Michigan's 182nd largest by population . The city extends throughout a territory of 3.49 square miles (9.04 sq km ), of which, 3.46 square miles (8.96 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, making it the 214th largest by size in Michigan.
