South Fork Town is a town in the Rio Grande County, Colorado, United States. As of 2000 the population was 604. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 533, It is the 110th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Colorado. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.37 mi˛ (6.14 square kilometre), it is the 150th largest by area in the U.S. state of Colorado.

As of the census of 2000, there were 604 people in the town, organized into 274 households, and 188 families living in the town. The population density was 255.2 people per square mile (98.53/km˛), it is the 50th least populated town in terms of population density.
