It is 56th most populous in New Jersey. The census designated place extends throughout a territory of 5.36 sq mi (13.88 kmē ), of which, 5.33 square miles (13.8 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, it is the 102nd largest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
