Sneedville Town is a town in the Hancock County, Tennessee, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1257. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1312, It is the 240th largest in terms of population. The town extends throughout a territory of 2.28 mi˛ (5.91 sq km ), it is the 124th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
